Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We accept secure online payments through Razorpay.

11. How long does delivery take?

Orders placed during business hours are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders received later in the day are generally dispatched the next working day. Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner, typically ranging from 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

 

12. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within India. International shipping is under consideration and will be announced soon.

We ship through reliable courier partners such as DTDC and Delhivery. The courier is selected based on your delivery location to ensure the best service.

Returns

14. Are accessories returnable?

Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories are non‑returnable.

15. Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels or if original packaging is damaged

  • Serial Number is missing or tampered with.

  • Product is used

  • If request is initiated after 3 days of order delivery

16. I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

    We offer an easy exchange policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. After verification, we'll arrange an exchange or process a refund where applicable under our policy.

17. Categories not eligible for Return?

  • Product purchased during the sale and mega sale period.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories are non‑returnable.
